The Educational Center’s TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully the following TERMS & CONDITIONS concerning delivery, discount, refund and cancellation policies before placing an order.
General refund policy: As a non-profit, The Educational Center makes every attempt to keep our operating costs as low as possible. We strive to balance the costs of producing our publications and workshops alongside the fees we charge for such products and services. Please ensure that the services and products you order are suitable for your needs, as refunds will be made only if the service or product provided does not meet the description given. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing your order. We only offer refunds for the unused portion of any subscription period.
BibleWorkbench, TeenText and KidText: Please contact our office with a subscription beginning and ending date. If your group has declined in size, we can only provide a refund for the portion of the subscription remaining for those individuals, minus any discounts that were given upon purchase. Upon cancellation of an un-expired subscription we are unable to provide a refund on pre-paid shipping fees for our Hawaii, Alaska and International subscribers.
Workshops, Seminars and Training Sessions: Due to travel planning and the costs associated with preparing for the above, we are unable to offer refunds for workshops, seminars and training sessions. If it is necessary for us to cancel an event, we will refund the entire cost of the session accordingly.
Discounts: Please contact the office regarding pricing for group discounts and Seminary students.
Delivery: The Educational Center uses USPS Media Mail and UPS Ground to deliver BibleWorkbench issues. Subscription issues are mailed three weeks before the first week of a new issue. New subscription orders are processed and mailed on a weekly basis. Shipping and handling are included in the subscription price. Additional shipping fees for Hawaii, Alaska and International subscribers are $15.00 and will be invoiced accordingly.
KidText and TeenText are distributed via email.
